Bedat Watches
Bedat & Co was founded in 1996 by Simone Bedat and her son Christian. The company became fully owned by the Gucci Group on December 8th 2000. Bedat launched its No1 collection in 2003, followed by its No8 collection in 2004, and its No2 collection in 2008. Indeed, the Bedats are famous for the way in which they name their collections. The Bedat & Co logo stands for the number eight, a universal sign of infinity and perfection, and a symbol of the passing of time. The logo makes all the different Bedat watches stand out, be it men’s watches, women’s watches, gold watches or diamond watches. Bedat watches are famous for their uniquely shaped watch cases.
Bedat & Co strictly abides to the AOSC guidelines. Each and every Bedat watch is conceived, developed, assembled and tested in Switzerland. All movement parts and cases are created in Switzerland; any watch components that cannot be manufactured in Switzerland are manufactured in other regions within the European Community. All Bedat straps are hand-sewn. The materials from which the watches are manufactured abide to international conventions and ethical standards.
