Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are a natural occurrence in E-Commerce. We work tirelessly to ensure that you enjoy your experience with us, as you receive top quality products at the best prices from us. We take our promise and pledge of customer satisfaction seriously, and honor all the terms and conditions mentioned on this site. We will do everything in our power, to the best of our ability, to resolve any issues, if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
1. Qualified Return/Exchange:
To qualify for a return/exchange, the item must be returned and received at our facility within 20 days from the date on which the customer received the product.
In addition, you will only receive a return/exchange on an item that has not been worn, altered (such as by engraving initials or adding/removing links) or used in any way.
We do not return or exchange “Final Sale” products.
We do not return or exchange items that have already been exchanged.
We only carry out exchanges for products currently in stock and at an equal or greater value of the original order (difference is paid by customer).
2. Return Procedures for Return/Exchange:
Return the watch in its original box together with the original warranty card, certificate of authenticity, manual and all other documentation that was sent to you when you purchased it. Also include a copy of your receipt.
Place the product in a suitable sized box, with paper filling or Styrofoam to avoid damage.
Place a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the packaging. To obtain a RMA number, please call us at 702-475-4899. Obtaining a RMA does not necessarily qualify the product for a return or exchange. We thoroughly inspect all items prior to verifying it as a return or exchange.

Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date on which we receive your returned product. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your credit card company to verify your credit.
Your exchange will be processed within 7 business days from the date on which we receive your returned product.
If the watch qualifies for a return, your account will be credited for the purchase price, minus shipping charges that are not returnable. A 10% restocking fee will also be charged.
